• Chartered Asia Technology Enterprise Pte Ltd (CATE) is a wholly private-owned company established in the year 2000. We specialises in equipment and system customization design and development. In November 2001, CATE was appointed by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) from a list of competitive vendors to develop the Wireless Lamp Failure Monitoring and Control System for the Taxiway Guidance Sign System(TGS) at the Singapore Changi Airport.

• CATE field service personnel are equipped to respond to the demands of both installation and maintenance requirements. All service staff are trained with full knowledge of each system and equipment installed by CATE.
