Cletus is presently the Chairman of the IAFPA Board.  He was the Chief Airport Emergency Service at Changi Airport Group from 2009 till 2019.  On retirement, he took on the role of Senior Consultant (Fire & Life Safety) for the Changi East Terminal 5 project. Since then, he has been involved in several overseas airport projects i.e. United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Dubai), New Zealand (Auckland), India (Bangalore, Hyderabad, New Delhi) and China (Beijing, Shanghai, Jinan).  He is actively involved leadership training and development of new teams for succession planning.
