Puar Teck Jin is presently the Chief AES at Changi Airport operations and assumed this role in April 2023.  Prior to joining AES, Puar has many years of operational experience in petrochemical operations.  Puar then re-joined AES in 2014 as Head (Development Projects) and worked his way to the present Chief’s position.
